Change for Kids' greatest strength is the relationships we build with our partner schools. Our in-depth understanding of the schools' greatest needs - paired with our community of volunteers, partner program service organizations, and motivated staff and Board of Directors - results in a depth of resources unlike any other institution.

We know that dedicated school leaders will go to great lengths to provide their students with the highest quality of education possible, and yet they are faced with multiple challenges that prevent them from reaching their goals. We understand principals are being asked to stretch their budgets further than ever, while continuing to meet demanding state and national standards. In this difficult environment, we recognize that schools are required to provide students with the resources they need to thrive and yet they are still forced to cut essential programs such as fine arts instruction, individualized literacy help, and fitness activities.

Change for Kids is dedicated to providing our partner schools with the best and most relevant programs available for their unique needs. Each school year, CFK meets with our partner schools' leadership teams and identifies needed services and supports unavailable to students due to funding cuts or barriers to access.
