Team Impact

Team 73 funds a year of comprehensive programming and classroom support to nearly 900 students. Because every member brings their unique strengths to the team -- valuable time and talents, vital supplies and much needed funds -- the group is able to provide a wealth of resources to create the inspiring learning environment every child deserves. The result is a fantastic school filled with music, creative writing, visual arts, cultural field trips, one-on-one tutoring, gym, classroom supplies and beautifully transformed hallways.

Why P.S. 73 Needs You

• P.S. 73 is located blocks away from Yankee Stadium but in the poorest congressional district in the nation
• 98% of the school's 900 students receive free or reduced lunch
• 45% of community residents are high school drop-outs and 53% are unemployed or not in the labor force
• Without Team 73, there would be no music, scarce art, limited tutoring and inadequate fitness instruction
